What is directional drilling, and how does it differ from traditional vertical drilling?

Directional drilling is a specialized technique that allows us to drill non-vertical wells, enabling us to reach specific targets located horizontally or at different angles beneath the surface. Unlike traditional vertical drilling, directional drilling provides more flexibility and efficiency in accessing hard-to-reach reservoirs or navigating obstacles underground.

What industry sectors can benefit from InTech's directional drilling solutions?

InTech’s directional drilling solutions cater to a diverse range of industry sectors, including but not limited to oil and gas, telecommunications, utilities, construction, environmental services, and infrastructure development. Our expertise allows us to adapt our techniques to meet the unique challenges of each sector.

what is Hydro Excavation?

A hydrovac is a piece of equipment that uses high-pressure water to cut and liquefy the soil, while simultaneously using high volume vacuum to remove the soil from the excavation. Both fresh water and soil from the excavation are contained in the typically truck mounted unit. The technology allows for quick and precise excavations which require less backfill, less labor and causes significantly less environmental impact than conventional drilling excavating methods. Hydrovacs are commonly used for daylighting (the practice of digging to expose and locate underground utilities), soil trenching (digging narrow trenches to install cables, pipelines and other in-ground utilities), piling  pothole excavation (digging holes of various diameters and depths to lay all types of pilings), debris removal and cold-weather digging.
